Our Eco-Effort:
In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint and wasted resources, Radius no longer prints paper carryout menus. Check the website daily for our most updated menus and specials!
We ask that you re-use or recycle our plastic carryout containers, and use our carryout bags at the grocery store! We exercise every possible effort to make our restaurant as eco-friendly as possible.
We also donate our used fryer oil to GreenLight Biofuels to be recycled into Bio Diesel.
We source local, sustainable & organic produce whenever possible, utilizing small local farms and farmers and organic cooperatives on the East Coast.
We do our best to source all our ingredients, in season, from farms no further North than Pennsylvania and no further South than Virginia.
We list the farms we are currently using in the restaurant and on our website, and would be happy to tell you more about them!
